The DMC-3x01x Motion Controller Series is Galil's latest generation single-axis motion controller. It uses a 32-bit RISC processor to provide higher speed than older models.  Like all Galil controllers, programming the DMC-3x01x is simplified with two-letter, intuitive commands and a full set of software tools for servo tuning and analysis. 

Siemens is extending its Sinamics G120C-series of drives to include three new frame sizes for high power output ranges.  The new frame sizes cover the power output range from 22 to 132 kilowatts (kW), making the series available from 0.55 kW to 132 kW.  Standard features of the series include a compact design with optional filter, long cable lengths, full integration into the Totally Integrated Automation (TIA) Portal and simple control and commissioning. 

Portescap is excited to introduce the B2010A4 and B0810A1 brushless DC slotted motors, the two newest additions to the company's Surgical Motor Solutions portfolio. Leveraging Portescap’s decades-long expertise in developing sterilizable solutions for surgical hand tool applications, these motors are designed to withstand more than 1,000 autoclave and medical device dishwasher cycles. The R-09-150 CCWM Series of Counterclockwise, Forward Shaft Extension Rotary Solenoids from Magnetic Sensor Systems (MSS), available in OEM quantities, features 18 different winding configurations allowing the user to match torque and duty cycle requirements to an application. These compact 38.1 mm (1.50 in.) diameter solenoids are just 22.098 (22.1) mm (0.87 in.) long and have two M4X0.7 threaded studs (8-32 studs optional) 7.366 (7.4) mm (0.29 in.) long on a 22.225 (22.2) mm (0.875 in.) bolt circle.  The shaft has 40 degrees of counterclockwise rotation, extending (13.0) mm (0.51 in.).   The shaft end is serrated for a better grip of the attached load.

Gasoline engines, pumps, generators and other machines operating in rugged environments require long-lasting components to ensure successful performance. Clutches designed with durable materials can prevent breakdowns, which would otherwise lead to expensive maintenance and downtime. One example of a ruggedized clutch — the Carlyle Johnson's EPC multiple disc electric pulley clutch — consists of a standard electromagnetic multiple disc design and utilizes oil shear to enhance service life.

Offering a track with stronger magnets for their linear motors than previously available, ETEL introduces the new MWD+. This magnet-track family is compatible with any existing LMG and LMS linear motor from ETEL, enabling up to 15 percent higher continuous and peak forces compared to the existing MWD product.
