Perkins has introduced a new line of repair sleeves for its 1100 Series engines, enabling end users to return cylinder bores to like-new performance while avoiding the downtime, expense, and waste of a full engine overhaul.

Curtiss-Wright’s Actuation Division has announced that its new Exlar Tritex EVA electric valve actuator has achieved CSA Class 1, Division 2 (C1D2) Hazardous Location certification. It also outperformed American Oil & Gas producers’ expectations for rugged field test operations in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. The Tritex EVA answers the demand for an efficient, high-speed solution while meeting the Methane Emissions Reduction Program (MERP) and Quad-O zero-emissions regulations in the oil and gas industry.

It's new optimized load plate, outer cylinder structure and double the ball circuits of the standard TW type increase Topball Ultimate’s load ratings by 1.3 times and travel life by 2.2 times compared to the TW. The TW type has three times the load capacity and 27 times more travel life of conventional bushings.

This saves time and increases productivity in everyday work. Operators can eliminate the wait and also decrease emissions with the CP150, reducing their environmental footprint. B&R uses the vehicle's battery for the standby function.

Igus has developed a finger gripper for the ReBeL cobot. The ReBeL can now perform a variety of simple humanoid tasks with the new low-cost robotic hand.
