Kristi-Jo J.H. Giba-Reiss serves the Canadian market as an Application Specialist for Motion’s Onsite Solutions Team. She focuses on helping customer facilities solve problems relating to efficiency, reliability and sustainability through inventory management, energy audits and proactive maintenance solutions. 

Giba-Reiss is passionate about helping customers save money, focusing on increasing plant reliability. She holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering Technology from Queen’s University and a Diploma in Software Engineering from Lakehead University. She is also a certified MLT/MLA II (Machinery Lubrication Technologist/Analyst). Her career began in IT and progressed to selling engineered pumps in the oil and gas industry, where she was introduced to proactive maintenance and the importance of condition monitoring.
