Arrow Gear Company recently announced the appointment of Kerry Klein as vice president of sales and marketing and Mark Guggenheim as vice president of operations.
Klein has a long background in the power transmission manufacturing industry. After earning his degree in mechanical engineering from Trine University, Klein worked in the gearing and gearbox industry for over 25 years. Most recently, he worked as VP of sales and marketing at Overton Chicago Gear in Addison, IL. At Arrow Gear, Klein will be responsible for all sales and marketing activities as well as developing new market segments and product offerings.
Guggenheim received his BS in mechanical engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) and an MBA in operations management from IIT's Stuart School of Business. He has worked in the gear industry for the past 26 years. Guggenheim brings a diverse range of expertise in gear manufacturing, most recently working for Axeltech, a division of General Dynamics.
