Master Gear Demo by KISSsoft

This calculation module in KISSsoft allows sizing and control of master gears. For the two flank roller test a master gear is required that is rolled off on a test device together with the gear that will be tested. For the test process the test gear and the master gear are pressed together axially, so that they roll off without clearance. The variation of the center distance is precisely measured; the maximum value thus determined is the dual-flank composite error.
