OES Introduces High-Res XY Stages

Two new high resolution, high repeatability XY stages have been released by Optimal Engineering Systems, Inc. (OES). The AU200-15x15-01 Motorized Stage (pictured) and the AU200-15x15-04 Motorized Stage are powered by Two-Phase Stepper Motors and have high 0.25 micron resolution and high 1.5 micron repeatability. The  AU200-15x15-04 stage includes Quadrature encoders for position verification. Both stages have a large 3.54 in. x 3.54 in. (90 mm x 90 mm) platform with large open aperture and feature standard 1 mm-per-turn ground lead screws, and precision V-grove and Cross Roller guides. Typical applications include: alignment, inspection, testing, scanning, laser drilling, machining, semiconductor handling, sampling, assembly, and optical applications in industrial, medical and research applications.

These high precision open aperture stages features 0.58 in. x 0.58 in. (15 mm x 15 mm) travel in both X and Y axes.  Their low profile of just 1.30 in. (33 mm) high, precision pattern of threaded holes, optional solid top, and accessible mounting holes allows for easy integration into new and existing applications.

AU200-15x15 -01 and -04 alignment stages can be ordered as a complete Plug-and-Play system with compatible Motion Controllers and Drivers from OES.
