Mollo Noleggio Acquires Tuscany-Based Edilservice

Edilservice from Tuscany (Italy) has joined the Mollo network as of November 1, 2023. It's headquartered in Monteriggioni, Siena, and now becomes the 54th active Mollo center in Italy and the 5th in Tuscany.

This new acquisition by the Alba-based company follows those of Monia Noleggi (Forlì), Parmiani Noleggi (Sondrio), PMP (Udine), and the very recent one of Manetta Noleggi (Teramo).

Edilservice has been operating for over 30 years in the rental of machinery and equipment for construction and earthmoving, road and lifting machinery, meeting any construction site needs. It also boasts an excellent technical assistance service with specialized personnel in the inspection and maintenance of equipment, providing customers with solutions of the highest quality and safety standards.

Competence, reliability, and experience are the elements that have made Edilservice a reference point in the rental sector in Siena’s territory. All these characteristics are reinforced with Edilservice joining Mollo Group: its customers can rely on a solid structure capable of offering a wide range of high-quality equipment and services, along with cutting-edge digital solutions.

"The Mollo 'team' continues to grow, and we are proud to welcome a well-established, competent entity with excellent references like Edilservice into our Group" declares Mauro Mollo, president of Mollo Noleggio. "We confirm the Mollo Group's intention to expand nationally, even beyond existing boundaries. Thanks to a solid structure and a well-established organization, we are ready to welcome new collaborators, enhance mutual expertise, with the goal of continuously improving service to our customers and achieving increasingly significant milestones together."
