Forge announced that it is partnering with Dassault Systèmes, a 3D design, simulation and manufacturing software company, to support Forge’s startups and innovators. Forge is a nonprofit that helps connect innovators with nearby manufacturing resources to help bring new products to market and keep supply chains local. 

During Automate 2023 (Detroit), Kuka Robotics will feature a well-rounded range of solutions for meeting the automation mobility, education, safety and other needs of today’s manufacturers in booth 2623. Within two cells for the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry sector and in a mobile machine tool-tending cell, Kuka will showcase its KMR iiwa, KMP 600-S diffDrive and KMR Cybertech mobile robots. The bin-picking cell as a solution fulfils industrial demand related to removing parts from containers or bins as well as bags, sacks, cartons, boxes and totes and features artificial vision to identify the parts to be removed and robotics for handling.

In addition to booth demonstrations, Sick experts will be presenting an educational session called, “Busting Myths: The Auto ID Episode.”
