The increasing demand for compact servo drives in mechanical engineering has led to a corresponding need for smaller gearboxes that are suitable for these drives. In response to this market need, Neugart is introducing three new precision planetary gearboxes in frame size 055: the PSBN055, PSN055, and PSFN055. These new additions extend the proven capabilities of the Precision Line portfolio.

Neugart GmbH celebrated the official groundbreaking ceremony for its new Plant 3 at its Kippenheim headquarters on July 26. With an investment of more than 25 million euros and a floor space of over 7,000 square meters, the company is thus setting a forward-looking example for further growth and even improved production processes.

The Neugart Calculation Program (NCP) configuration tool reliably leads to the most cost- and energy-efficient gearbox-motor combination. In the new NCP 4.3 version the performance of the program has been improved further through enhanced multi-core usage of the processor. Above all, effective immediately the proven software will offer many additional features and optimizations - including better comparisons and rack-and-pinion drives.

Axially space-saving, economical, IP65-compliant and designed for high radial and axial forces at the output: The Neugart WPLHE combines all the advantages of the successful PLHE, as a right-angle variant.

Neugart refines its range of coaxial planetary gearboxes: Effective immediately, the manufacturer also offers a gear ratio i=8 for its precision gearboxes with helical gearing. Thus, the gear ratio range now extends from i=3 to i=100.
