Recently named one of the “Top 10 Manufacturing Shows” in the United States, the Automate 2015 Conference and 46th International Symposium on Robotics will take place at McCormick Place in downtown Chicago, Ill.
Automate, the largest solutions-based showcase of automation technologies in North America, demonstrates the full spectrum of automation technologies and solutions for a broad array of industries. The show is held once every two years. Companies that provide integration of automation, robotics and machine vision will show actual demonstrations of systems, allowing attendees to see live demos solving challenges they face in their industry, and also to learn from solutions used in other industries that may be beneficial to them. The show will also feature the latest automation, robotic, vision and motion control technologies and systems on display from leading global suppliers. A comprehensive educational conference accompanies the Automate show, featuring a broad array of classes from beginner to advanced skill levels. Classes are taught by experienced industry professionals who understand the industry challenges our attendees face.
Keynote speakers for the event will be (March 23) Rene Noemi, Director of the Android and Chrome Global Business, Google for Work, who will discuss how to accelerate new product initiatives and time-to-profit using the latest digital technology and tools; (March 24) John Mackey, Co-Founder & CEO, Whole Foods Market, who will give an insightful presentation on how businesses can serve all their shareholders, customers, employees, suppliers, investors, communities and the environment through conscious capitalism; (March 25) and Steve Wozniak, Cofounder of Apple and Founder, Chairman and CEO of Wheels of Zeus, who will share his views on the latest iPhones, smartwatches and the state of technology and risk in America.
