Regal Rexnord Corporation introduces its new Rexnord Curve System with 1540 Series MatTop Chain for conveyor lines requiring a zero tangent 180 and/ or 90-degree curve. The system offers the tightest inner radius (420 mm) and smallest transfer (15 mm) in the industry, for greatly improved space utilization and package handling.
Magnetic Sensor Systems (MSS) has released their E-05-125 Series of Tubular Low-Profile Electromagnets. This compact series of electromagnets measuring just 1.25 in. in diameter x 0.50 in. features 18 different windings to select from based on the duty cycle and holding force requirements of the application.
Commercial garage doors range in many sizes and configurations requiring a “just right” model and size brake for reliable automatic operation. Depending on the design and size of the overhead door and placement of the brake, a variety of brake models and sizes offer solutions from the Miki Pulley brake lineup.
NORD DRIVESYSTEMS will be exhibiting at this year’s CONEXPO–CON/AGG March 14th - 18th in Las Vegas, Nev. CON/AGG is North America’s largest construction trade show and creates one convenient place for attendees to learn about the future of construction technology and heavy-duty solutions from industry leaders. NORD’s construction solutions focus on reliability, high-efficiency, and versatility.
Contact analysis can be used to calculate the transmission error and determine the profile modifications of a gear stage. In addition, a wide range of important gear-specific parameters can be calculated, such as tooth root stress, distribution of Hertzian pressure, oil film thickness, and many more.
Ruland recently expanded their range of quick clamping shaft collars with clamping lever to include bore sizes up to 3 inches or 80 mm. These shaft collars allow the user to install, remove, or reposition the collar without the use of tools. The user simply turns the lever to loosen and tighten the collar on the shaft.
