Wholly-owned subsidiaries of Shell plc (“Shell”) in Switzerland, the UK, US and Sweden (Shell (Switzerland) AG, Shell U.K. Limited, Pennzoil-Quaker State Company and Shell Aviation Sweden AB) have entered into agreements to acquire the Environmentally Considerate Lubricants (ECLs) business of the PANOLIN Group.  

The Timken Company has closed the sale of its Aerospace Drive Systems (ADS) business to PCX Aerostructures, LLC. Terms were not disclosed. ADS is a supplier of drive system components and sub-assemblies for military and civil rotorcraft applications. ADS revenue is expected to be around $50 million in 2022.

Regal Rexnord Corporation has reached a definitive agreement with Altra Industrial Motion Corp. providing for Regal Rexnord to acquire 100% of Altra shares.

The transaction expands Regal Rexnord's portfolio, customer reach, and product diversity while enabling the creation of shareholder value through enhanced growth and substantial cost synergies.

The American Gear Manufacturers Association (AGMA) recently applied for and received reaccreditation from the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) organization for its educational courses.
