A new modular solution for driving AGVs and AMRs from Bonfiglioli is called BlueRoll. The system consisting of a gearbox and driving wheel in the so-called basic version or with servomotors in the advanced or compact version is perfectly tailored to all customers’ needs.

Bosch Rexroth’s electromechanical cylinders (EMCs) are now available in a high-force, high-precision, low-maintenance version - the EMC-HP. Designed for heavy loads up to 100 kN, the new actuators are robust, compact and low-maintenance. Based on the reliable planetary screw drive, users will benefit from impressive continuous power even under harsh conditions. This is thanks to both the new oil-bath lubrication and the optional water cooling directly on the screw itself. As with the other members of the EMC family, a fully digital process, from selection through to ordering, shortens the engineering time.

Omni Powertrain Technologies has released information about its new electrohydraulic pump combination. The unit was developed for low voltage mobile applications and is ideally suited for the needs of hybrid equipment builders facing spatial constraints. 

Voith Turbo will present its compact, variable speed pump drives DrivAx IQ4 and DrivAx RQ4 during Hannover Messe 2022. The new drives extend the broad portfolio of the DrivAx product family. Other highlights at the drive specialist’s exhibition stand will be the self-contained servo drive DrivAx CLDP, whose ten-year success story is set to continue in new sizes, and the DrivAx CLCP, which was specially developed for robotics applications and can be seen live in action at the Voith Turbo stand.

The drive system manufacturer Heinzmann has introduced a new wheel hub motor with integrated transmission, which was developed in close collaboration with Framo Morat. The compact, high-performance drive provides ensures efficient operation in automated guided vehicles (AGV) and autonomous mobile robots (AMR).
