The new AT20-600 series of Motorized Vertical Lift Stages from Optimal Engineering Systems, Inc. (OES) features a vertical lift of 600 mm. The AT20-600-01 (pictured) is driven by a Two-Phase Stepper Motor features a repeatability of 5 microns, positional accuracy of 20 microns and has a knob on the motor for manual adjustment.

Adjusting a stop and hold position in an automated system is made easy using Miki Pulley BXW brakes with the manual release lever feature. It allows the operator to depress the lever and make a manual adjustment when the system is powered off. The lever also allows easy system indexing in the event of a power failure.
