E-commerce consumers expect goods to be delivered faster and more flexibly than was the case just a couple of years ago. A new modular solution for driving AGVs and AMRs from Bonfiglioli is called BlueRoll. The system consisting of a gearbox and driving wheel in the so-called basic version or with servomotors in the advanced or compact version is perfectly tailored to all customers’ needs.

JMP Solutions recently announced that construction is complete on its new state-of-the-art Automation and Robotics facility in Northwest Arkansas and that it is open for business. The 20,000-square-foot manufacturing and integration space will provide automation and robotics solutions to the region and create approximately 140 jobs in the next five years.

The compact, high-performance drive provides ensures efficient operation in automated guided vehicles (AGV) and autonomous mobile robots (AMR).
