Bosch Rexroth will present its latest automation, material transport and assembly technology products and solutions for battery manufacturing in Booth #1553 at The Battery Show North America and Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Technology Expo, September 13-15, in Novi, Mich.

Bosch Rexroth is now offering linear modules for small handling applications with its new SHB and SHL models. These modules are suitable for more than factory automation; they are designed for lighter load applications, such as in medical labs, universities and vision systems. With simple USB to laptop connectivity, monitoring and controlling are easy to achieve.

Bosch Rexroth will showcase the company’s latest high-precision automation technology for every segment of the microelectronics supply chain, engineered to satisfy the extremely demanding requirements for semiconductor fabrication systems, in booth 1629 at SEMICON West 2022, July 12-14, in San Francisco, Calif.

As part of its new, extensive eLION platform for the electrification of mobile working machines, Bosch Rexroth has developed spur gearboxes which vehicle manufacturers can use to unlock the full potential of new electric motors. 

Bosch Rexroth’s electromechanical cylinders (EMCs) are now available in a high-force, high-precision, low-maintenance version - the EMC-HP. Designed for heavy loads up to 100 kN, the new actuators are robust, compact and low-maintenance. Based on the reliable planetary screw drive, users will benefit from impressive continuous power even under harsh conditions. This is thanks to both the new oil-bath lubrication and the optional water cooling directly on the screw itself. As with the other members of the EMC family, a fully digital process, from selection through to ordering, shortens the engineering time.

Bosch Rexroth will join offshore and marine technology experts to showcase the company’s latest innovations at OTC 2022 on May 2-5 in Houston. Located at Booth #2306, Rexroth and Hägglunds displays will show a range of products and solutions that support the offshore technology sector.

Rexroth North America’s MP1000R is a new 1,000 kg payload capacity autonomous mobile robot (AMR) that can automate material handling applications without additional external infrastructure.

Bosch Rexroth (Booth #4400) at ATX West will feature interactive exhibits and several working systems demos, including a Smart Function Kit for Handling 3-axis Cartesian robot, as well as a state-of-the-art linear motor transfer system that moves magnetic pallets with speed and accuracy. There will also be a demo of the ctrlX CORE controller, part of the ctrlX AUTOMATION controls and drive platform that makes automation as easy as using a smartphone.
