Three young and highly motivated women have made it to the finals. On Friday, April 21, 2023, one of them will be honored with the Young Engineering Award 2023 during the WomenPower Career Congress. The initiative is intended to boost motivation for women to take up a career in the STEM sector.

Lisa Ihde, from the Hasso Plattner Institute in Potsdam, is a web designer, game designer, design-thinking coach and author. With her commitment, Lisa is a role model for all young women who decide to pursue a career in IT or game design, and who need strong role models for these career choices.
