Maxcess received the Cleaner Production Enterprise award for its Chinese manufacturing facility. Maxcess China is the only company in the Zhuhai Free Trade Zone, and one of only four companies in all of Zhuhai, to earn such status. "We have worked to be environmentally friendly since the very beginning of Maxcess China," said Robert Liu, general manager of Maxcess China. The Cleaner Production Enterprise award program is managed by The Economic and Information Commission of Guangdong Province and Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Department to recognize continuous improvement by companies to reduce pollution in the manufacturing process and reduce or eliminate potential harm to people or the environment. Companies are scored by a professional audit group in the areas of continuous improvement, the use of clean energy and raw materials, the use of advanced technology and equipment, the reduction of pollution, the efficient use of resources and the reduction or elimination of manufactured products or services that generate pollutants."This positive acknowledgement from our government further strengthens our commitment to continue clean manufacturing processes, making a positive contribution to our customers, our region, and our Earth.
