The company's comprehensive, all-new Oil & Gas Product Catalog & Engineering Guide will be officially released at this year's Offshore Technology Conference in Houston.

Based on its expertise in meeting the specific and demanding sealing needs of the oil & gas industry, Trelleborg Sealing Solutions now offers an engineering resource for those designing sealing systems for oil & gas applications. The guide, which is free, includes the 24 core products used in the oilfield with many other relevant products referenced throughout.

"We have always provided a wide breadth of technical and product information to our oil & gas customers, but this is the first time that it has been compiled in a single, easy-to-use publication. The guide will be a living document that will be updated as market needs evolve," says Oil & Gas Segment Manager Americas at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Southwest in Houston, Eric Bucci.

A global team of twelve people contributed to the 300-page guide, and it took more than four years to develop and gather together the customized graphics, charts and tables. The format includes materials crossed to applications, applications crossed to products and product operational limits, as well as core products in the Trelleborg Sealing Solutions range not previously published. Being global, it includes both metric and inch measurements with part numbers and sizes standardized in recognition of international design and development of applications by oil & gas customers.
