The Franz Morat Group is exhibiting at SPS in Nuremberg in Hall 1, Booth 350. This year, the company is showcasing a wide range of precision gearing components and innovative drive technology solutions.
Highlights from the Gear Technology & Transmission Components Sector
Explore the latest advancements in speeroX gearing technology, engineered to deliver exceptional performance across a broad spectrum of applications. This customized design approach enables the Franz Morat Group to focus on the key requirements of your specific application, providing substantial benefits over traditional gearing solutions. These include high performance (particularly in single-direction rotation), high efficiency, low noise levels, extended service life, high power density, and a minimized installation footprint.
Explore an extensive product portfolio of gears, drive shafts, and transmission components made from metals, plastics, or a combination of both materials. These components are suitable for a wide range of industries and applications. They offer you the benefits of both materials from a single source – from gear design and material selection to series production.
If you are looking for components that stand out due to their exceptionally low weight while maintaining high durability, don’t miss the company's carbon fiber-reinforced hybrid components, which were developed in cooperation with KIT (Karlsruhe IKIT (Karlsruher Institut für Technologie)nstitute of Technology).
They are also showcasing numerous innovations in the field of drive technology. Discover more about our custom drive systems including a drive system for curved stair lifts, co-developed with TK Home Solutions. Now in its fourth generation, this system has been further refined with each iteration.
They will also be presenting a selection of standardized Compacta slip-on worm gearmotors. These electromechanical drives are available in small quantities with short lead times. For larger quantities, extensive customization options are available. Compacta drives are now also available in a water-resistant version (IP65).
Finally, they are presenting the NG250 and NG500 platform hub gears, as well as the high-performance NG750. This latest model will be officially launched at LogiMAT 2025. At the booth, attendees can learn more about the versatile applications and key advantages of this compact and powerful gear series, including the space-saving design through the integration of the planetary stage into the wheel, the ability to handle high radial loads via direct force transmission into the vehicle frame, and the long service life with low noise emissions, achieved by separating the gearbox from the wheel.
