Matt Glass is currently a Lead Engineer within Eaton, Corporation's Vehicle Group Materials and Power Transfer CoE located in Galesburg, Michigan. He started his career with Eaton in 2004 as a VAVE Engineer for Heavy-Duty Transmission in Galesburg, MI. In 2006, he transitioned to Vehicle Group CoE as a Bearing Engineer, working on various projects for light, medium, and heavy-duty
transmissions, differentials, actuators in Aerospace applications and superchargers. In 2013, he moved to his current role as Gear Engineer supporting current product transmission applications, providing gear manufacturing plant support, as well as, supporting bearing design activities. Matt is certified within Eaton as a Six Sigma Greenbelt.
